•Develop and manage territory plans and execute against sales objectives •Develop client relationships throughout the organization in each pertinent area including accounting, tax, internal audit, technology risk management and related areas of the business •In collaboration with delivery leaders, develop an account strategy, communication plan, and overall client satisfaction plan •Develop a plan for using corporate and regional marketing programs to develop leads •Share successes and ideas within the local team •Deliver against quota and customer satisfaction goals•Develop the brands.
• 7-10 years experience selling in a solution sales environment and developing custom solutions tailored to individual client needs •Bachelors degree required preferably in business or accounting •Professional services background preferred •Outstanding ability to work within a team sales environment, excellent communication and leadership skills •Senior level client relationship skills including experience in negotiations, articulating complex solutions and benefits •Ability to interface with C-level executives, management and financial decision makers •Strategic approach to selling and closing complex transactions in a B2B environment •Demonstrated track record of success against quota •Self-starter and motivator to drive business within the designated territory •Outstanding verbal and written communication skills •Good project management skills •Comfortable in a fast paced and growing environment •Age 35 – 48 .
