Reporting to : The function is reporting to the Managing Director of the KSA operations with a business/l reporting line to the CEO of ME office in Cairo, EgyptRole Duties:• Daily management of the branch office under the standards of Hands-on Management Consulting• Hire and retain qualified personnel based on the guidelines and standards of Hands-on Management Consulting• Annual performance management appraisals of personnel in line with the Hands-on Management Consulting standards• Maintain an accounting system according to the GAAP guidelines• Monthly financial and business reporting• Contacts with governmental and regulatory agencies to meet the legal business requirements• Meet legal reporting requirements to governmental agencies• Develop and execute an annual marketing and sales plan to meet the companies targets• Develop and maintain customer relations in the territory• Develop proposals in line with the companies guidelines and standards• Acquire projects in the territory in line with the companies consulting and training offerings• Manage the execution of the projects and coordinate the training in the territory and customer follow up in coordination with the project and training manager• Invoice and collect the consulting and training fees
• 4 to 6 years of work experience (preferably in sales/g of services with managerial responsibilities).• Excellent presentation and communication skills.• Report writing skills• Ability to work effectively with the team and alone (Independent and self motivated)
