Business Development Director

Manage the new business life cycle including the development and progression of business opportunities in addition to creating and managing new joint-venture projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Developing / winning new business in the fashion retail market as well as taking part in the negotiation and development of new contracts.

Driving continuous improvement throughout programs while ensuring minimal disruption throughout the renovation of existing stores and the opening of new ones.

Responsible for the management of capital budgets across the development program.

Track records of achievement in sales and marketing in the fashion sector.
Negotiate new contracts, including the drafting of official documentation while providing support for clients.

Creating and managing the client relationship at a commercial level while ensuring methods and procedures are service enhancing.

Develop new business relationships to generate and negotiate new income.

Presenting the company to potential clients through direct communication in face to face meetings, telephone calls, emails, etc.

Coordinating with the proper authorities nationally and internationally to insure that all business is conducted in compliance with the regulations and laws governing business operations in each country.
