Purpose of the Job (Overall Accountability)
• To advise and drive the ongoing development and implementation of people-related strategies in Almajdouie Group.• To support major business changes with specialist advise so that such changes are always led and supported by a professional HR approach• To support and guide line managers in ‘good practices’ across the entire spectrum of Human Resources Management and Almajdouie’s HR policies and procedures.Principal Responsibilities / Accountabilities• Appreciates all aspects of HR Management in the context of Almajdouie Group and advises management teams on the implementation of ‘good practice’ people management. • Supports line management in the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, the processes of manpower planning, performance management and planning the development of employees.• Critically reviews the HR processes in Almajdouie and recommends tuning-up and/or additional processes if needed.• Deals with key external suppliers of HR Services and help manage the delivery of special HR initiatives / projects across the businesses.• Proactively recommends changes in policies to meet business needs.• Analyzes exit-interview reports, employee turnover and employment market trends in order to advise management on specific HR strategies in order to recruit and retain talented employees.• Researches and recommends solutions to HR issues to meet the demands of the business.• Establishes and maintains key relationships with business managers and/or team leaders.• Conducts special investigations into disciplinary and grievances issues.• Guides and advises line management on basic compensation and benefits issues ensuring compliance with compensation strategy.

Qualifications / Experience Essential
• A Graduate Degree in Business Studies with emphasis on Human Resources Management.• Around 8 - 10 years of experience in a reputed organization in the Gulf (preferably in a multi-product/e group) of which around 4 -5 years at senior /middle management levels, covering HR.Desirable• Fluency in English and Arabic languages.
