Job Description
Supervises all business skill(s) training activities, programs and schedules following the annual training schedule (ATS) as planned by the Training and Career Development Management Team. This includes leading the ITC and language training specialists, supporting them in the delivery, evaluation and management of the courses they deliver under your supervision. Executing the business skills training strategy in conjunction with the CYTP programme lead and the technical training superintendant. This role is also responsible for the overall evaluation and continuous improvement of all soft skills training and awareness programs.
Skills
• 4- 8 years of experience in the training industry or related field.
• Management of people and small groups in coordination with the line manager.
• Fully computer literate with knowledge of and MS Office Applications and a willingness to learn new skills (computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting, spreadsheet and word processing programs at a highly proficient level.
• Must be fluent or near fluent in English IELTS Composite score of 6.5 or above, with no less than 6.0 in any one component or TOEFL 213 (computer based) 550 (paper based test), or Toefli iBT Total score of 80.
• A full clean driving license from country of origin.
• Checkable references.
• Ready to deploy to work site within six (6) months
Desirable:
• Experience of the training function in an industrial environment
• Experience of working in training environment in Saudi Arabia or other Arab states is highly desirable (preferably within an industrial organizational environment).
