we are looking for a team leader to manage documentation team and to coordinate between other teams in sites to accomplish the following:
- collecting photos from sites and using them for daily, weekly and monthly reports.
- managing site folders and complete all its required as: all related Documents, BOQ, red-line & as-built Drawings, certificates from suppliers.
- following with customers to complete all missing data.
- following with customers to issue PO then signing invoicing and getting site acceptance.
