BTC Networks, a major telecom company and system integrator in Saudi Arabia, is hiring Application support Engineers for a Contact center operation support project. The candidate will have the opportunity to work with a strong technical team in a highly supportive environment.
Qualification & Experience:
- Educational Qualification: BE / BTech in EC / CS/ IT stream.
- Experience: 2-5 years
Technical Qualification:
- Experience in Contact Center technology preferably in Avaya Aura Contact Center (AACC).
- Strong understanding of Windows Server Administration.
- Knowledge in technologies like IVR, CTI, and Dialer is an advantage.
- Knowledge in Banking Domain is an advantage.
- Excellence in Application Support and troubleshooting.
- Good understanding of ITIL framework, familiar with ITSM tools.
- Certifications are an advantage (ITIL, Avaya, Microsoft).
Personal Skills:
- Good communication skills, written and spoken
- Passion for learning and act as good team player
- Energetic and enthusiastic,
- Ability to work under pressure
