Essential Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
• Manage OSP projects on day-to-day basis.
• Manage and Build team of engineers, technicians and skilled labors.
• Develop and review project implementation plan that includes but not limited to, time, resources, milestones, budget, and profitability goals: etc. • Interface with client to apprise client of current status of each project • Work collaboratively with customers in order to achieve project goals and timely delivery.
• Identify and resolve outstanding action items to meet predetermined headlines. • Provide leadership, support and clear communications to members of the project team.
• Monitor and prepare daily project updates, Cost Control and ensuring change orders are raised whenever necessary, Update bills of Materials (BOM). • Project Quality Assurance, travelling to sites performing regular and surprise inspections
• Review and evaluate fusion splicing and repair issues
• Review and evaluate all necessary paperwork against project delivery dates
