Sales Supervisor - Retail Mortgage Business

Job Purpose:
• To lead a team of professional sales executives to drive the business at a regional level. Achievement orientation would be the key to success.
• To achieve business targets of the team and ensure productivity parameters for the individual members of the team.
• To build relationship with key partners.
• To meet customer expectations by ensuring individual teams respond to customer expectations.
• To monitor business on daily basis for each sales executive in the team assigned in the region.
• Give market feedback to about product, promotion, process and ensure new processes is part of the system.
• Drive customer service standards and set a benchmark for the industry.
• Ensure systems and process are adhered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment of staff , train and motivate sales executives to achieve business volumes as per target set i.,e parameters of volume​/​y/cost/fee.
• Should have quarterly, monthly, weekly sales plan and Monitor Daily Sales Plan of each team member for visits, leads generated, contracts executed.
• Should visit channel partners jointly and individually as per the calendar agreed with RSM and do daily day end reporting of business volumes for the team and feedback on field visits.
• Design and implement regional sales promotion campaigns and provide daily report on the performance to understand cost benefit analysis.
• Conduct Road shows, participate in exhibitions aggressively at various touch points independently and along with channel partners to generate leads​/​s and evaluate the same.
• Should achieve set targets of preferred relationship with major developers, RE offices, RE companies and monitor business volume and share of their business to Al-Rajhi bank in the region.
• Ensure payouts to the team members, channel partners within 07 days of the beginning of next month.
• Customer service – Excel as a team in service level guarantees set for the product and raise the bar of customer satisfaction index as per the review period. Have specific project per quarter for process improvement and measure the effectiveness.
• Scan competition information and track market share.

Skills

Ideal Profile:

• Candidate should be graduate from a reputable institution. Exceptions with higher experience can be considered.
• Freshers as trainee or 1+ years of experience in FMCG, Insurance, Real Estate or finance or retail banking would be an added advanatage.
• Good interpersonal and both written and verbal communication skills.
• Lateral thinking.
• Knowledge of Office Automation tools, e.g. MS Office, etc
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to work under pressure and commit to deadlines.
