Lead a team of sales supervisors and salesmen to ensure the enhancement of highest standard performances for each of them.

  • Deal with all staff in fair manner.
  • Ensure to implement all the company policy and procedures.
  • Provide assistance and guidance to all staffs major sales problems.
  • Prepare and update sales forecast for the region on a regular basis.
  • Prepare a monthly work-plan for merchandisers, salesmen & supervisors. Ensure the achievements for these plans including the supervision of sales order processing, delivery of products and collection of sales dues on time.
  • Monitor and organize the delivery of sales contract with key accounts.
  • Perform other sales related activity requirements.
  • Ensuring the effective achievement of distribution volume/display target and objectives.
  • Review the business status with key accounts on a quarterly basis and follow up with action.
  • Ensure of achieving the monthly sales and collection target
  • Motivate the sales team in all aspects of their job.
  • Distribute the monthly targets fairly between the salesmen considering customers history, market demand, salesmen efforts and new outlets.
  • Review sales reports on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis and take the necessary action if required.
  • Provide a monthly plan for field visit accompanying the supervisors/salesmen and report their findings and recommendations in professional way to management.
  • Evaluate and train the sales team in all aspects of their job on a monthly basis.
  • Coordinates with the National Sales Manager for the preparation of the annual plans.
  • Monitor the daily processing of sales orders and ensure the timing of product delivery with an early display & merchandising plan.
  • Monitor the shelf-life of different product categories.
  • Excellent ability to ensure customers' satisfaction and quality services through close communication and collaboration with the concerned departments of the company, and ability to identify, analyze, and meet customers' needs.
  • Monitor and enhance the company's pricing strategies.
    • Improve and maintain a healthy gross margin level of all the range of products by minimizing discount and free goods.
    • Monitor the customer stocks level.
    • Avoid near expiry items on the shelf and replace the damaged goods.
    • Recommend the opportunity of price increase and reduction of trade deals whenever possible in your area.
    • Ensure region performance by monitoring the market share, distribution and display visibility in your region.
