Position Summary (Briefly summarize the purpose of the position. How is “success” described for this position?): • Planning and managing Health and Safety programs to provide safe work environment, coordinating H&S activities in order to ensure compliance with global procedures and local regulations • Maintain the buildings and constructions in the according to the corresponding standards. • Ensure that shipping floor, warehouse and office building are in perfect operational conditions • . Coordinate contracted companies to ensure that services to the site are provided, such as utilities, preventive maintenance and general services. • Plan, develop and implement engineering projects in facility.

Principal Duties

Order of Importance Duties

1 Develop and maintain the Employee Safety Plan, with regular inspections and rehearsals to ensure that rules and legislations are followed. Observe local instructions, normative documents and Quality System requirements
2 Conduct or coordinate required trainings, announcements and activities in order to create safety culture and increase the awareness about H&S
Preparing local H&S procedures in line with global procedures and local regulations and auditing compliance with these procedures.
4 Assessing all health and safety risky operations and conditions, putting appropriate risk management plans in place.
5 Reviewing and reporting all incidents, near misses and H&S suggestions, analyzing root causes and taking necessary precautions in order to avoid re-occurrence.
Managing H&S budget, coordinating supply of personal protective equipments and capital expenditure projects for H&S.
Continuously monitor and review the status of operational equipment and installations, develop preventive maintenance plans.
Organize the repair and maintenance of the operational equipment.
3 Plan, lead and execute improvement projects to support operational functions in supply chain.
JOB FACTORS

- Years of experience
- Special skills required for position
- Industrial Engineering Degree or equivalent
- 2+ years in engineering background in manufacturing and/or operational environments
- Detailed knowledge of EHS and regulations
- Fluent English
