National Operation Manager

• Ensures that laid down objectives from divisional management for operational efficiency in relation to point to point transportation and transportation projects are met through accurate and expeditious service in accordance with the overall delivery standards of efficiency and cost.
• Ensures the targets set for operations department in terms of customer satisfaction, on-time performance, truck utilization​/​y, SLAs, minimum occurrence of accidents and optimal utilization of resources are achieved or exceeded within the budget and on time.
• Engages regularly in constructive discussions with the Divisional Manager with regard to Service Level Agreement performance indicators, maintenance KPI (equipment vehicle downtime​/​e cost) etc
• Ensures that the information regarding the trips of fleet are analyzed and appropriate action is taken to improve the productivity and fleet utilization.
• Manages all process related to project management​/​n in the Region (as per contract), and ensures adequate resources required for the execution of the project are allocated.
• Monitors Service Level Agreements with MLD / CFC and TWS to assure the availability of vehicles & trailers and maintenance service respectively.
