Purpose of the Job (Overall accountability)
• To receive, store, record, issue, and handle spare parts, lubricants, tyres and other materials for the Dammam Workshop and to ensure the optimal utilization of resources, efficiency of organization of the store, and the safety of activities. Principal responsibilities / accountabilities• Receives and stores spare parts, lubricants, tyres and other materials in the Dammam store and monitors stock levels to ensure sufficient availability of materials.• Performs stock taking duties in order to keep record of the stock/y levels and note order requirements.• Monitors the stock of spare parts available and consults with inventory records to ensure the accommodation of the spare part needs of the Dammam Workshop.• Reorders materials to maintain adequate levels to maintenance activities and ensures competitive prices are attained.• Records the stock levels for spares, lubricants, and tyres and updates database for each resource category to ensure effective maintenance planning and minimize delays.• Operates fork lifts (and other hydraulic handling equipment) to move materials to and from the store.• Ensures the safe operation of a variety of vehicles and materiel handling equipment.• Maintains contents of tool storage and ensures all tools used for maintenance and repairs are in proper condition and are functioning effectively, to minimize the potential for damage caused by defective tools.• Maintains organization of the store and ensures all materials are placed in the appropriate areas in order to facilitate location and use of materials.• Undertakes the proper packaging of delicate/e parts prior to shipping them or transferring them to the workshop.• Monitors the quality of materials and reports any issues to the Service Engineer Eastern Region TWS.• Ensures store is always clean and neat to maintain organization, safety, and efficiency of activities.• Guarantees the health and safety of all in-store activities, such as moving or handling materials/t, and observes all health & safety procedures as delineated by CFC top management.• Follows procedures of reporting on performance, budgets and other reports required from time to time to the Service Engineer Eastern Region – TWS.

Experience/s • Diploma in Commerce or Administration or Warehouse Management • 2-4 years experience as a storekeeper for internal resources preferably for a reputed logistics/t or automobile maintenance company.Personal Attributes/sHigh level of• Planning and Organizing• Detail Orientation• Coordination Skills• Computer Literacy• Dexterity and Physical Strength
