QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a work-related equivalent.
A minimum of 10 years experience within project controls, cost, scheduling, budget analysis, contract administration,
change control, estimating and document control with exposure to major infrastructure or mining projects, ideally with a previous track record within EPCM companies.
Experience in working on mass transit infrastructure projects with managing and tracking multiple funding sources.
•As a team leader, you will possess a high level of proficiency in planning, cost management and project control methods.
•You will have developed communication,
negotiation, and influencing skills, and additional competency in report writing.
•You will have the ability to demonstrate a high level of understanding for contracts and project management methodology.
Knowledge of design and construction, prefer experience with light rail and/or commuter rail projects.
Practical problem solving ability with experience in risk assessment, developing advanced level analysis, understanding of earned value management, experience with value engineering as well as trending, claims, forecasting and contractor negotiations.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit,
Adobe Professional,
Prism, Primavera, P6 and Oracle.
Ability to manage time and workload effectively which includes planning, organizing, and prioritizing with attention to details.
