Draftperson

Reports to: Manager, Architecture

Basic Duties:
Provides drafting and design services to the Department. Capable of handling all phases of a project from design development to final working drawing.

Principle Duties:
- Performs drafting works including 3D drawings, coloring, etc.
- Checks drawings for accuracy including dimensions.
- Manual drafting work for specific projects as needed.
- Prepares preliminary and detailed working drawings.
- Prepares colored presentations, slideshows and engineering graphics.
- Takes and records measurements on-site and makes free-hand drawings such as field sketches, etc.
- Revises existing drawings to reflect as-built data.
-Plans and/or prepares sheet layouts.
- Performs field work when directed.
- Contributes to writing of project specifications.
- Participates on self and other′s education, training and development, as applicable.
- Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.
- Performs other realted duties as assigned.

Skills

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture or degree in drafting.
- Fluent in English, bith written and oral

Experience & Other Qualifications:

Two (2) years Architectural​/​g drafting experience with bachelor degree. Knowlegeable of NFPA codes and international hospital design standards. Skilled in AutoCAD, 3DStudio Viz software, Microsoft Office, Primavera and%2for Microsoft Projects and other presentation software.
