The Role:You will supervise different functions within the division to achieve business goals and objectives.
Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:* Maintain internal systems to ensure quality and continuity of standards including the delivery of internal and external service level agreements* Report and investigate key financial information for the Operations team* Develop systems, processes and financial reports for the Operations team to drive business profitability* Collect information to identify and optimize performances* Act as a link between the Operations team and Head Office* Liaise with the functional departments.
Qualifications & Requirements:The ideal candidate must have/be:* At least 1 year of cross-functional team participation* 1 to 2 years' of project management experience* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Computer literate* 2 to 3 years' experience as a Store Manager is preferable.
