The Role:Operating within our KSA Recruitment team, you will work closely with the Executive Secretary to carry out administrative duties in order to support the Resourcing Director and both local and non-local recruitment colleagues.
Responsibilities will include:* Devising, implementing and analysing MI reports* Liaising with Finance for payment of invoices* Maintaining necessary data and documentation* General administrative support of the local and non-local Recruitment teams. Qualifications & Requirements:You will have:* Previous experience in an administration role* Intermediate/advanced proficiency with MS Excel* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work under pressure, prioritise and reprioritise tasks as necessary* Able to manage multiple tasks at any given time* Experience working in a very fast paced, multi-cultured environment.
