The Department Secretary coordinates the administrative system & schedule of assigned Manager.


  • Handle information sensitively & confidentially, whilst using initiative.

  • Monitor and record the Department''s time and attendance discreetly and confidentially.

  • Organise and maintain Line Managers calendar of appointments.

  • Develop relationships internally & externally to facilitate arrangements according to company values & objectives.

  • Pro-actively manage workload to achieve agreed objectives.

  • Handle all travel arrangements for the Department including per diem and expenses.
