The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for representing the Company in the Field. The Sales Account Manager will develop relationships with key clients, providing them with product information and ‘best fit’ business solutions. He will negotiate with clients so ensuring business and reaching targets.

The Sales Account Manager will work within the context of the Company Marketing Plan and Sales Action Plan in accordance with the Company’s strategic objectives and financial KPIs.

Sales Account Manager will form part of the Sales Team.

The Sales Account Manager will embody the Company’s key value proposition Customer Service Excellence.

Key Accountabilities:

 Develop productive business relationships with new and existing customers

 Achieve sales targets as defined in KPIs

 Create sales plans and reports and prepare tenders and quotations for customers.

 Promote and pitch products to customers through direct contact in order to achieve business objectives

 Provide customers with up-to-date product information through effective presentations.

 Collaborate on customer site surveys to provide the best fit solution.

 Coordinate project hand over to customer and support Departments as required.

 Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s strategic goals and KPIs.

 Organise effective selling operations using appropriate strategies, including discounting.

 Provide market intelligence to the Regional Manager.

 Generate timely and accurate sales reports for management

 Communicate with the relevant teams to ensure customer deliverables

 Coordinate with relevant teams on ongoing customer service and payment resolution

 Work with the Customer Service Excellence ethos of the Company at all times

Qualification & Experience Prerequisites

 Education / Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university

o Marketing qualification (CIM or equivalent)

 Minimum 5 years in a sales role, preferably in Saudi Arabia

 Experience of; customer relations; price negotiations; presentations; costing; pitching.

 Ability to present self and the Company in a professional manner.

 Understanding of the product and product developments

 Language skills required:

o Fluency in Arabic and English

o Expert oral and written communications skills

 Computer proficiency particularly in the use of MS Office.

 Excellent networking skills
