- Arrange product samples for submission to customs/govt. authorities as and when demanded by PAM
- Review “Under Guarantee” report regularly and find out and take necessary action :
Why a particular shipment remains unreleased even after a long time. Check the broker’s daily Release Reports to ensure that the broker has not provided any wrong information or missed any shipment or the concerned person has not missed a shipment to release and take action
Why a delivery order from shipping line not yet collected although vessel has already arrived, check the consignment documents, find out the reason and take action as appropriate
- Product labels , checking + providing comments to suppliers
- Deal with various queries from suppliers relating to labels, documents, customs clearance, Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO) /Saudi Food and Drugs Authority (SFDA) regulations etc. etc.
- Deal with internal queries (mostly from Marketing and Operations Dept.)
- Deal with shipping companies
- Deal with transporters, Trans Arabia,
- Budget preparation, Manpower Cost for both HO and Dammam Supply Depts.
- Any other matters as and when required
المهارات
- Sufficient knowledge regarding computer operation including excel sheets, windows, email system, etc.
- Very good in English with working knowledge of Arabic
- Should be able to handle correspondence in English with international suppliers, internal departments, local and international shipping lines, insurance companies, transporters etc. independently
- 4-5 years working experience preferably related to shipping documents, customs clearance requirements, Saudi Arabian Standards Organization (SASO)/Saudi Food & Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations, product labelling requirements, insurance claims, SFDA product and factory registrations, etc. etc.
- Saudi Driving License
