Job Description
- Performs Secretarial functions (i.e. Arabic & English typing, filing, faxing, attending to telephones calls ...etc).
- Ensures availability of office supplies & other requirements.
- Arranges meeting.
- Maintains the filing system.
- Maintains directory of telephone numbers & updates contacts regularly.
- Arrange travel, hotel & visas arrangements for the GM.
- Meet & welcomes the clients.
