Job Description
The Regional Human Resources Manager will provide support in all functional areas of HR for the region including employee relations, investigations, recruitment, hiring, talent development, succession planning, training, on boarding, and performance management. Additionally, the Regional HR Manager will provide day to day guidance to all region employees. The focus of the Regional HR Manager is to create and sustain consistency in HR compliance and policies while providing coaching on effective leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Manage field and corporate HR systems and processes
- Develop business partner relationships with Region team as well as HR team.
- Create ’open door’ environment so that employee issues and concerns are surfaced and addressed; craft appropriate responses to employee relations issues
- Provide solution-oriented guidance to all employees
- Conduct internal investigations when necessary
- Implement and maintain workforce planning initiatives-anticipating future talent and recruiting needs
- Source and recruit viable candidates for open positions using industry best practices and strategies
- Coordinate and/or attend market specific job fairs and hiring events
- Support talent management by ensuring high potential employees are developed for next level opportunities and talent pipeline is maintained
- - Partner with Area Training Director to support training initiatives and ongoing training execution
- Implement and maintain Learning Management System tracking in partnership with Area Training Director ensuring incremental improvement in completion metrics.
