Job Description
• Manage a team of recruiters in both Yanbu & Jeddah.
• Manage team to deliver all recruitment requirements within time scales and to budget and according to best practice.
• Work closely with Human Resources Business Partner, Payroll and Government Relations Department to ensure efficient and effective end to end process
• Build relations with Operations Management and hiring Line Managers to ensure that recruitment is achieved according to the person specifications, identify talent and select effectively
• Implement recruitment events including Management and Non-Management Open days, recruitment trips, interview days and assessment centers
• Build relations and work with government bodies including Chamber of Commerce and HRDF
• Ensure that Saudi national percentages are achieved and maintained.
• Manage the team to fully utilize on line recruitment methodology and searching other available job boards.
• Consistently utilize all channels of recruitment including full use of head hunting and referrals and to think of creative and new ways to identify and select talent
• Manage the team to select new joiners using the company competency framework.
• Required to ensure that every vacancy follows ’Best Practice’ recruitment process to ensure best quality talent is identified and attracted
• Develop team skills to ensure that all have a pro-active, positive, motivated ’recruiter’ mentality
• Ensure recruitment figures and vacancy progress reported accurately.
• Coach and develop recruitment team to improve their performance
Skills
• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 8 years plus of Recruitment or Human Resources management experience is essential
• Good track record of managing a team to deliver effective and successful volume recruitment campaigns
• Experience of competency based selection techniques & tools an advantage
• Experience of having worked in an industrial company is an advantage
• Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other on line recruitment methods required
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both English & Arabic is essential
• Experience of the Saudi Arabian recruitment market is essential
• Good track record of working with the Chamber of Commerce and HRDF bodies in Saudi Arabia to support recruitment and maintaining and enhancing Saudi nationalization programmes
