Lead sales process for the AbiDoc platform in Saudi Arabia and provide strategic input to the leadership in the development and implementation of AbiDoc’s vision and strategy. The Sales Lead will champion all sales efforts in Saudi Arabia with the support of the Executive Board leadership. The Sales Lead will support both distributed and centralized clinical and business sales operations and achieve more effective and cost beneficial Kindgom wide operations

Day-to-Day and Stakeholder Management

■Lead all sales efforts and processes that aligns all initiatives with business priorities while balancing resource constraints (human and fiscal) to optimize the growth of the AbiDoc network ■Provides input to annual business plan and budget that is integrated into the strategic planning and budgeting processes ■Manages, in conjunction with CEO, sales team ■Ensures that all sales initiatives have clear business goals and success metrics ■Monitors and report on the performance of all sales leads including actual vs. expected results, budgets and project duration ■Performs an ongoing assessment of sales team capabilities of employees and contractors and performance on behalf of AbiDoc ■Evaluates performance and skills against office needs ■Sales efforts will reciprocate the availability of doctors and hospitals/clinic administrators which may involve work during the evenings and the weekend ■Negotiates, finalize and recommend for signature, contracts with clients, including hardware, software, and services needs ■Responds to support all internal and external sales calls activities Services Development, Operations and Technical Support ■Manages all sales activity under a matrix reporting structure from the date of hire and thereafter in accord with the structure of the services ■Establishes sales processes and develops a permanent reporting structure and a service delivery model for all sales leads ■Establishes sales processes and metrics necessary to make the sales successful and sustainable

Education

■Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare related field. A Masters Degree in Healthcare Management/Hospital Administration or MBA is preferred

Experience

■Minimum 5 years work experience in Sales, preferably in the Healthcare or Medical Equipment space ■Extensive knowledge of the Saudi healthcare industry, key stakeholders and trends ■Experience with and understanding of strategic and business planning methods, tools, and processes ■Demonstrated large project implementation and governance experience ■Budgeting experience at a departmental and large project scale

Specific Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

■Bilingual Arabic /English speaker is a must and strong Saudi cultural awareness ■Implementation of an Electronic Health Record (EHR) or other healthcare IT implementation experience preferred ■Clinical systems background desired ■Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and relationship management capabilities ■Technical strategic thinking/planning and vision setting ■Results oriented management style ■Experience in a leadership role defining policies and procedures in a complex organizational environment
