Job Description

• Provide project management and consulting for GTM system development projects Ensure clarity of roles for all involved in the transformational effort Establish formal project structure and review mechanisms (e.g. steering committees) required for close monitoring of transformation projects Coordinate outside contractors and consultants involved in GTM system developmental efforts Keep close tables on project progress and ensure timetables and deadlines are met Provide Subject Matter Expertise and in-market support for all tools related to GTM system development, including Time to Sell, Route KPI’s, Cost to Serve, Automated Routing, Pre-Sell and GTM modelling.
• Route re-engineering to optimize working hours, frequencies and revenues.
• Execution of HH development, new launches and support projects, constitution of report system and tracking methods.
• Utilize Territory Planner system from UPS for DTS, SSV and Delivery Routes to optimize route efficiency and effectiveness (Static and Dynamic Routing).
• Partner with SSFL IT for any enhancement and development for MEA S&D and HH functionality and reports from sales function.
• Owner for Sales Master Data (Customers, Items, Routes etc.) update and data cleansing.
• Maintain and update data mining tool and safeguard data accuracy for any required reports on regular basis.
• Ensure weekly and monthly reporting for Sales KPI’s for market execution and infrastructure.
• Sales System Development & Implementation.
• Understand information requirements of sales organization and design/Improve systems to support them.
• Prepare project plans for all significant projects clearly documenting time & resources requirement and role / responsibilities.
• Ensure system sustainability by clear documentation and efficient backup strategy.
• Support development of Sales AOP and I&GP Plan by analysing sales KPIs and volume trends.
• Partner with stockiest, frontline sales & sales leadership to improve effectiveness of sales information organization.
• Align all major development projects with Regional business solutions team.
• Participate in regional IT forums to keep abreast with regional IT projects to identify opportunities for local implementation within sales function.

Skills

• Demonstrated functional expertise with FMCG Company for a minimum of 4-6 years in and minimum 2years managerial role.
• Very Good English and Arabic language skills
• No travel restrictions

• BCS / MCS degree
• 3 years System Implementation / development experience
