Develops a working knowledge of the practice, particularly and effectively implementing operations related activities, and works as directed by the Senior Office Manger and/or Divisional Manager, even if work entrusted is not fully in line with his basic trade skills.
A.2. To be punctual, devoted and dedicated to his job, and carries out his responsibilities through and together with other people efficiently and smoothly.
A.3. Provides subordinates and colleagues with adequate training and develop capabilities to enable them to accomplish their tasks effectively and efficiently.
A.4. Conducts business activities within the framework of IBS principles and established policies, plans and procedures.
A.5. Assigns work and responsibilities to subordinates at levels consistent with the performance standards set in their respective position guides.
A.6. Ensures that all subordinates are carrying out their work in accordance with Company or Corporate Rules and Regulations.
A.7. Coordinates activities within his organization to ensure integrated performance.
A.8. Supports the unity of IBS and protect the integrity of its management to subordinates, colleagues, clients, competitors and other parties by acting in a manner, which instills confidence in IBS, its management team, its business principles and its technical and managerial capabilities.
Knowledge of English is a must. The holder of this title shall be able to:
- Fluently speak English and/or Arabic, Urdu is an added advantage.
- Writes short reports for all jobs under execution.
- Knowledge of Arabic language shall enhance the chance of prospective applicants.
