Retail Manager
Your role will include managing the Retail Department and activities
within the Beverages Division to ensure a profitable operation that meets
the requirements of shareholders, Principals and the company, whilst
providing impeccable customer service. You will also strive to add value
to Principal brands by exceeding brand volume and marketing targets in
addition to maximising sales opportunities.
Skills
You must have a Diploma in Sales and Marketing to supplement a Degree
in a related field. Fluency in spoken and written English is essential (Arabic
offering a distinct advantage), along with a minimum of 4 years experience
in a Sales and Marketing supervisory role as well as a proven track record
in supervising, training and motivating a team. Only candidates with a
valid Bahraini driving licence need apply.
