Strategic Duties & Responsibilities:
• Setting department plans and programs as part of the division plan in order to achieve the division functional strategies
• Setting the budget for the department as overall and organizational entities under supervision in particular with the participation of the organizational entities under supervision to be submitted to the Direct Supervisor for review
• Defining and executing plans for developing and increasing productivity for the department and supervising setting these plans for each of the organizational entities under supervision
• Controlling the financial performance of the department and keeping it within the set budget in addition to supervising the collection process in coordination with Finance Sector
• Controlling the technical performance of the department and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the performance of the organizational entities under supervision
• Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions in related subjects which comply with the approved authorities and responsibilities
Technical Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the providing of professional Renovation Services to all market segments
• Supervising the daily operations of the Renovation Services in all regions/branches and following up with the project managers on all technical matters and issues concerning the Renovation services projects
• Supervising, monitoring and follow up the preparation of plans of Renovation Services projects
• Supervising, monitoring and follow up the daily schedules and operational performances of service technicians including customers¡¦ communication, accurate demand of materials and supplies for servicing the projects
• Ensuring that projects are designed for cost effective implementation and management and providing a complete project coordination, including proper planning, timing and care during implementation and renovation to ensure superior quality in projects of any scale
• Developing new techniques and programs and participating in applying automated solutions into Renovation Services to increase the quality of provided services
Duties and Responsibilities (Cont’d):
• Supervising the receiving and handling all requests and complaints regarding Renovation with careful enthusiasm, sincerity and seriousness by adding value to Renovation Service extra ordinary professionalism to ensure the quality material service and personal services for all customers
• Providing the Vice President Technical Services with periodical reports on the operations of the Renovation Service Department activities in all regions that includes the status of the project by means of scope of work and any issues/preventive actions/corrective actions to be taken
• Allocating Renovation Service projects over regions and branches in coordination with Vice President Technical Services and Facilities Services Regions Directors
• Attending and participating in customer joint meetings to insure the quality of service provided to all customers
Administrative Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conducting periodic meetings with subordinates for reviewing progress and work flow, discussing their suggestions and taking suitable actions accordingly
• Preparing periodic reports with respect to the activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor for review

Required Educational Level:
• Bachelor degree in Civil / Architecture Engineering or any related field, Master degree is preferred
Required Experience:
• A Minimum 6 years of experience in related field
