Job Description
• Opening accounts for new employees on the payroll system
• Continuously updating the company’s payroll system
• Calculating employee vacation amount
• Updating employee vacations and absences on the payroll system
• Updating any deductions related to disciplinary action, employee loans and advances
• Preparing monthly payroll
• Printing monthly pay slips
• Handling any employee queries related to salaries and deductions
• Preparing required periodical reports
• Abiding by company policies and procedures
• Any other tasks assigned by the Human Resources Manager
Skills
• Experience: 4 +, MS applications , Oracle
• Nationality: preferred to be Saudi
• Age: between 25 – 35
