Job Summary:
Advising almajal G4S on all issues related to the legal rights, obligations and privileges, and monitoring all legal transactions. Representing almajal G4S in litigations and all legal proceedings, and following up on all lawsuits concerning almajal G4S. In addition to reviewing the investigation of the facts of incidents, violations and interventions that are forwarded to the Legal Affairs office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Duties & Responsibilities:
• Setting and formulating Legal Affairs office plans and programs
• Proposing long, medium and short-term strategies to manage activities concerning the Legal Affairs office
• Endorsing suggested plans and programs so as to achieve expected objectives
• Preparing the estimated budget and Legal Affairs office’s expenditures and monitoring the financial performance of the office in coordination with Finance Sector
• Controlling the technical performance of Legal Affairs office and setting Key Performance Indicators for monitoring the Legal Affairs performance
• Issuing regulations, technical and administrative decisions in related subjects which comply with the approved authorities and responsibilities
Skills
• Masters Degree in Law
• A minimum 8 years of experience in a related field
• Excellent command of both Arabic and English
