Job Description
• To provide financial, administrative and clerical services in order to ensure effective,
efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.
• To carry out routine data entry tasks related to Accounts Receivables transactions
according to the ATS Policies and Procedures
• Maintain accounts receivable customer files.
• Maintain and track inventory of pre-printed office material such as receipt books,
credit notes books, DCA books, Goods Collection Notes books etc.
• Maintain filing of all finance related documents.

Skills
• A recognized academic qualification.
• Knowledge of office administration and bookkeeping procedures.
• Knowledge of accounts receivables.
• Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering financial
information.
• Time management skills.
• Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting,
spreadsheet and word-processing programs, and email at a highly proficient level.
