Report To Managing Director
Job Responsibilities
1. Lead cooperative effort among team members.
2. Provides ongoing supervision of assigned staff.
3. Responsible for identifying and resolving human resources issues, problems, and/or concerns.
4. Operational understanding of Saudi Arabian employment law.
5. Recommends changes to existing policies and established procedures.
6. Provide mediation of employee issues.
7. Ensures the confidentiality of employee information.
8. Work schedule as established by supervisor to accommodate business hours and project services.
9. Submit reports as directed by management.
10. Perform other duties as may be assigned by management.
Skills
Education / Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a human resource, business administration or related field, (or considerable relevant experience in lieu)
• Two years or more experience in a similar management/supervisory level role
Desired Professional Skills:
Ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of existing business processes; Experience in community relations; Ability to interact successfully with project staff and subcontractors, and communicate contractual and financial data effectively; Proficient in Microsoft Office, spreadsheet software, and HR programs such as Cascade; Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently; and Ability to meet all performance standards established for this position. Bilingual required (English / Arabic written and verbal).
