Job Description
• Support HR Management in the design, development and implementation of the organization structure to meet current and future business needs
• Ensure compliance of procedures with local labor laws
• Responsible for carrying out Training Analysis and Training plans for the company
• Identify training needs for the company in coordination with the Department Managers and HR Manager
• Manage and monitor employees’ performance and discuss relevant issues with Department Managers
• Update Company HR Policies and Procedures whenever required and follow-up with legal matters related to Human Resources
• Undertaking job evaluations to ensure that the differences in pay between those doing different jobs within the organization are fair and are perceived to be so
• Provide organizational & managerial support, advice and consultancies to the Group entities for improving the business process & quality of performance and upgrade the Group productivity
Skills
• Experience: 4 years in the same position
• Nationality: preferred to be Saudi
• Age: between 25 – 35
