Job Purpose:

Support, monitor and forecast the business to ensure Department operations are linked with the business departmental strategy to achieve department objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Lead the weekly performance for live production to monitor the operational KPIs.

  • Coordinates analytical activities for the Live production, Processing plant and Sales & Marketing daily/weekly operation planning as assigned by the Supervisor & Sr. Manager.

  • Works across functional groups to address Department information needs, develop reports, identify and interpret trends, and provide analysis and interpretation to support & facilitate decision making.

  • Communicate S&OP results for execution.

  • Identify & Collect involved inputs/outputs in stakeholder activities.

  • Responsible for presenting performance development solutions to Planning. if approved, responsible in implementing changes with the concerned party.

  • Responsible in monitoring KPIs for assigned Department.

  • Generate daily performance reports to the Supervisor – operational planning.

  • Monitoring all variances for the Department and provide weekly report.

  • Updates weekly forecasting in daily basis based on actual.
  • Act as Super user for assigned Department modules in ERP system as directed by Business Development Management.

  • Scheduling Department & Section process owner in ERP system.

Operating Environment:

  • Office environment, but may have to visit various locations based on assigned stakeholder. (e.g. Farms, Slaughterhouse, road truck evaluation, etc.)

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

  • Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Industrial engineer, Agriculture since engineer or Supply chain management.
  • Experience: Fresh Graduate, 1 year of experience is preferable.

Competencies:

  • Theoretical knowledge and understanding of supply and inventory planning and related operating procedures.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Communication and coordination skills.
  • Working knowledge of ERP/SAP, Oracle and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
