Job Description
The CSE will deal with a number of queries concerning a variety of deals. At all times the incumbent will act in a professional, positive way, to apply knowledge of those deals in servicing the customer. In addition, the CSE will assist in bringing customer concerns, complaints and issues to conclusion by referral or call back.
Skills
• Minimum of two years online account management experience, preferably experience in social media and an understanding of the media planning process
• Experience managing brand campaigns and clients
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Be a confident and effective communicator across all levels and disciplines
• Have strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks as necessary
• Be results oriented and commercially driven
• Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Have a proactive manner with a strong sense of ownership
• Be a forward thinker in the social media space
• Have a strong work ethic with a keen desire to constantly learn and evolve
