Job Description
Responsible of the achievement of showroom sales targets under his jurisdiction.
To track showroom sales weekly, and motivate showroom managers and showroom staff to achieve their sales target.
To check on showroom visual impact and escalate problem areas and make sure that showroom appearance is as per the standard.
To handle all HR related issues of a showroom including: recruitment, attendance and appraisal.
To manage showroom inventory: carry out sample check for all showrooms.
To recommend stock movement within the showrooms.
To work with merchandising teams to deliver and maintain exemplary standards of visual merchandising as per brand’s guidelines.
To work closely with the Brand and Marketing teams to understand and translate the host brand’s visual proposition into delivery throughout the showrooms under his responsibility.
To visit showrooms to ensure all standards are being met.
Any other duties asked by management.
Skills
5+ years retail operations experience having exposure to Visual Merchandising and Retail Sales.
Good general education, further qualifications in Visual Merchandising, Art & Design desirable.
Experience in handling multiple sites required
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Good knowledge in planning & organizing
Ability to understand and deliver the visual strategies for different brands
Excellent presentation skills
Computer literate
